Penguin Drink Coolers

What better way to keep cool than by calling on the help of the coolest creatures known to man, the penguins. This troop of penguins have liquid insides, so you can put them in the freezer and when you need them they will be nice and cold. All you need to do is let them go for a swim in your drink and they will help to keep it nice and cool for longer. The great thing about using penguins to cool your drink is that once they have melted, they can be frozen and reused, rather than diluting you drink like boring old ice does.

Available at DrinkStuff for £4.99 for a set of 12 darling penguins.

Tic Tac Toast

Thanks to the wonderfully inventive TIC TAC TOAST now it's OK to play with your food! This simple device lets you turn an ordinary piece of bread into an exciting, fast-paced game of Tic-Tac-Toe! Here's how it works... Before you make your toast, press your Tic-Tac-Toe embosser into the bread. Then, pop it in the toaster. When it pops back out, your toast will have a tic-tac-toe board burned into it. Then grab a partner and start playing. Choose sides.... Jam VS Peanut Butter. Tuna Salad VS Mayonnaise. Humus VS Chopped Liver. Naturally, the winner will get to eat the toast.

Chrysler to Offer Wireless Internet Access in Its Cars

Chrysler is looking to pick up its sagging sales by being the first to offer in-car Internet access in the U.S. Later this year, an unspecified mobile broadband (read: cellular data) radio will be offered as an option on Chrysler vehicles, with the goal of making it standard on all of the company's cars down the road. A Wi-Fi router will be installed in the new cars to allow any Wi-Fi-enabled device in the vehicle to take advantage of the connection. That means no wasting your cell phone battery or messing with add-on cards to get your laptop online from the road. You'd simply connect to the car's Wi-Fi like you would your home network.

Creepy Kewpies

These scary looking Kewpie dolls are those little dangly-thingies that girls put on their cell phones. Never quite got the purpose of those little charms, maybe a way to personalize them? I just find that they would be an annoying thing to have hanging from already diminutive cell phones, but what do I know?
They cost US$6.14 and available at Strapya World, a site that specializes in "little dangly-thingies" for cell phones.

Senator Larry Craig Action Figure

This past June Idaho Senator Larry Craig was arrested at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport for "lewd conduct" in a men's bathroom - in other words - propositioning an undercover male police officer for sex. The news came out in the media in August and of course he denied all allegations against him, saying he was not gay (yeah, right!). The funny thing is that Larry Craig is a notorious homophobe, voting against bills that enabled same-sex civil unions and to exclude sexual-orientation protection under a hate crimes bill. Recently several men came forward saying that they have had sexual relations or were propositioned by the infamous senator, including a male escort whom Craig was an alleged "client".
To my utter delight I present "The Talking Senator Larry Craig Action Figure"! He stands about 12" tall and wears a t-shirt emblazoned with his declaration: "I Am Not Gay." His limbs are bendable, so you can put him in all sorts of poses... even the famous "wide stance" the Senator refers to. Best of all, THE ACTION FIGURE TALKS! Press the button, and he delivers a portion of his Press Conference... "Thank you all very much for coming out today. I will read a statement: 'I am not gay. I never have been gay." Priceless!!

The New Chanel Bike

Attention fashion victims all around: presenting the new Chanel Bike!
As an outdoorsy sports woman, Coco Chanel liberated women by creating clothing adapted to her time, freeing them from corsets and what-nots and allowing them to enjoy freedom of movement as well. Now the exclusive French maison is launching it's own luxe bicycle, faithful to it's iconic codes of elegance. It is outfitted in Chanel's signature black matelassé leather - including seat and utility saddle bag - and attached to 8-speed light-weight 16.5 kilos aluminum frame.
To rock a fancy Chanel bike does not come cheap - € 8,900.00 - or US$12,695.00 at today's rates.
I would invest in a VERY potent lock & chain set-up as this bike won't last long when parked anywhere outside in a big city.

Woofer Speaker System

These slightly creepy speakers are actually growing on me, in a Salvador Dali kind of way. Maybe because I am a dog owner the idea of a decapitated Toto in my living room can be a little icky but the Damien Hirst in me says "Yeah, baby!" The setup includes two 20-inch tall headless pooches, each sporting co-axial speakers. Take your pick from white or black dogs. Don't you love the name, Woofer?

It's available at Generate - US$899.00 for the pair

Kitty Liter @ Japundit

What else can we stamp sickeningly cute variations of Hello Kitty on? Apparently not much else is left, specially after the HK condom hoax that made some people go hurl. Hum, what about some pink HK fire extinguishers? Just in case the cute plush dolls come to a spontaneous combustion. Or a HK Sanrio microwave? Epson HK Laptop maybe? If you've got the bucks maybe a limited edition Fender guitar for a cool US$22,000. For a little less you may opt for the US$4,250- diamond ring or the faboo “Hello Kitty Collection by Kimora Lee Simmons” convertible pendant/brooch, with the over-abundant use of diamonds, precious and semi-precious stones. US$50,000 will get that home. If none of these strike your fancy you may try the new Hello Kitty vibrator..err..massager shown below. No one will suspect what's that really meant for!
